Q) Are you insured?

A) Yes, we are fully insured by The Main Street America Group for up to $2,000,000. Our insurance agent will happily send you proof of insurance on request.

Q) Are you bonded?

Yes, our insurance includes bonding of all our employees for up to $25,000.

Q) Do I need to be at home when you clean?

A) That’s up to you. We will need to have a way to gain access to your home. You can either give us a key, a security code, or have someone there to let us in. Any keys or codes that you give us will be tagged with a number (not your address) and securely stored in a safe location so you don’t have to worry about them being used by anyone other than us.

Q) Do you clean offices or commercial buildings?

A) Yes, we clean many office buildings in the Pittsburgh area and we can clean yours as well.

Q) Can you clean my curio cabinet, collectibles shelf, etc.

A) Yes, provided that you remove everything from the area you want cleaned prior to our arrival. The insurance company does not allow us to handle anything breakable so we cannot clean any area containing breakable or fragile items.

Q) Do you clean windows?

Yes, we clean windows on the inside. If you want the outside windows cleaned we can do that as long as it doesn't involve a ladder. Cleaning of the inside of sliding glass doors is also included in our normal service.

Q) Can I pay by credit card?

A) Yes, you can pay by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Cash and personal checks are also accepted. (There is a $30 charge for any returned checks.)

Q) Do you clean carpets?

A) No, our insurance carrier forbids us from performing carpet cleaning services other than vacuuming.

Q) Do you clean furniture?

A) No, our insurance carrier forbids us from performing furniture cleaning services other than vacuuming. We can vacuum your furniture for an additional fee.

Q) Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

A) Yes, we bring everything that we need to clean your home. If you would prefer us to use products that you provide we will be happy to do that as well.

Q) Do you do laundry?

A) No

Q) Do you do dishes?

A) No, we don’t provide dish washing service. If you have a dishwasher, any dirty dishes will be placed there for you to clean later.

Q) Do you clean light fixtures and ceiling fans?

A) Yes, for an additional fee. The fee is dependent upon the amount of work involved.
